Hi, I'm Alaa, the owner of Lived In Co. — an Egyptian born in Dubai, Perth-based stylist who believes your home should feel warm, intentional, and authentically yours. Not a showroom. Not a Pinterest board. A real place where real life happens.
I work with homeowners, renters, and landlords across Perth to refresh spaces room by room — at a pace and budget that works for you. No overwhelm, no pressure. Just a home that finally feels put together.

Full layout planning, style direction, and sourcing list for any room. I source specific product links so you can purchase at your own pace.

A curated visual direction for your space — colour palette, textures, furniture style — so you have a clear vision before spending a cent.

Make your rental property or Airbnb feel warm and considered without structural changes. Attract better tenants and better reviews.

A cohesive room-by-room plan for your whole home, designed to be rolled out gradually over time at whatever pace suits your budget.

I come to your home, assess the space in person, and give you hands-on direction, furniture arrangement advice, and a shopping list.

Outdoor spaces deserve love too. I work with a trusted local carpenter for builds and structure, alongside styling and furniture sourcing.

Fill in the enquiry form or send me a message on WhatsApp. Tell me which rooms you want to work on and a rough sense of your budget. No commitment yet.
I'll ask for photos and measurements of your rooms. If possible, a short site visit helps me give you the most accurate direction — I offer a paid discovery session for $150, deductible from your total.
I put together a room-by-room plan — layout, style direction, specific product links with prices. Everything is sourced to your budget so there are no surprises.
You buy the pieces directly — I don't mark up products. You can do one room now and come back for the next whenever you're ready.

These are my design fees — your time with me. Furniture and décor is a separate budget you control and purchase directly.

All furniture and décor costs are separate — you purchase items directly at prices I source for you. Rooms can be completed one at a time. Final fees confirmed after site visit or photo review.
